We have obtained spectroscopic and multiwavelength broad- band images of a sample of suspected collisional ring galaxies. Our goal is to test the hypothesis that massive stars evolve in the wake of the expanding ring created by the collision. Broad-band colors of individual star forming knots will be compared with recent color evolution models of young star clusters. Our spectroscopic data is used to both provide information about chemical evolution and to correct the broad-band colors for the effects of metallicity. Furthermore, we have obtained kinematic information from the spectra which provides a kinematic age for the rings.
