Spectroscopic data are examined on the faint reddened Of star HDE 313846. The spectrum shows strong emission in all N III lines, and emission in C III, He II, Si IV, He I, and H as well as the usual Of emissions. Weaker emission, probably due to Fe II and Ni II forbidden lines is seen in the red region of the spectrum. All absorption lines indicate mass outflow at medium to high velocity. The star is compared with other extreme Of stars and its physical parameters are discussed.
