Some exact solutions of the Einstein equations in a spacetime that admits an Abelian three-parameter group of spatial isometries are presented. These solutions depend on one variable and take into account a cosmological constant or an electromagnetic field. Vacuum, Einstein-Maxwell, and Petrov-type solutions are obtained which correspond to static as well as nonstatic spacetimes.
