Linear elements with P(0) = 54.136 days describing the behavior of outbursts of UU Aql during 1938-1986 are determined. A cyclical change in the time intervals between outbursts with a cycle length Pi = 4697 days or about 89 P(0) is found which is accompanied by brightness variations at the time of the outburst. Two star states with mean periods between the outbursts of P(01) = 49.617 days and P(02) = 59.498 days (periodically alternating) are identified.
