The rigidity spectrum of long-term variations of cosmic rays is obtained on the basis of data from the global network of neutron monitors. Variations in 1957-1982 of cosmic-ray concentrations with rigidities of 4, 10, and 40 GV are plotted. The nonmonotonic character of the rigidity dependence of the correlation coefficients between solar-activity indices and cosmic-ray variations points to the complex effect of cosmic rays on the overall structure of the heliomagnetosphere.
