Spectroscopic observations of the 9th magnitude eclipsing binary AI Phe are reported and discussed in conjunction with the recent photometric data by Reipurth (1978). The spectroscopic orbital elements have been determined from 18 double-lined spectra as following: V0 equals -5.95 km/s, Kp equals 49.9 km/s, Ks equals 47.8 km/s, e equals 0.19. The spectral types of components are estimated to be G2V and G5V. The primary and secondary components of AI Phe are found to have masses of 1.1 and 1.15 solar mass, and radii 1.7 and 2.1 solar radii, respectively.
