A procedure of the construction of theoretical profiles of emission
lines fit for any kinematical model of the envelopes is described. It
has been shown that the model of expanding and simultaneously rotating
envelopes can be successfully used for the interpretation of the
observed profiles of Balmer lines in the spectra of Ae/Be stars.
