Two X-ray transients, IGR J17419-2802 and GRS 1736-297, were found to be in outburst with the IBIS/ISGRI telescope on board INTEGRAL on February 19-20, 2006, during deep Open Program observations of the Galactic center field. The first source, IGR J17419-2802, was detected with the signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio 12.2 and the average flux 7.7+/-0.6 mCrab in the 18-45 keV band. This source was discovered by INTEGRAL in September 2005 (ATEL #616), was localized with a few arcsec accuracy by SWIFT/XRT (ATEL #617) but still was not identified.
