We present preliminary results for the metallicity dependence of the Cepheid period-luminosity (P-L) relation from deep ACS images of M101. We determine this dependence by modeling the metallicity as a function of radial distance from the center of the galaxy, and constructing the P-L relation as a function of this radial distance. We find a small but significant dependence on the zero-point of the P-L relation with metallicity, with no significant dependence on the slope.
