Scientific paper

The reason of the difference of the turbulence velocities of the gas
emitted in the permitted and nonpermitted lines in the nuclei of Seyfert
galaxies is considered. It is shown that the velocities of the turbulent
movements of the gas in these nuclei may be explained in the frames of
the gamma-activity of Seyfert type nuclei made earlier by the author.
