Spectroscopic observations of Markarian galaxies from lists V, VI, VII are presented. All spectra have been obtained with 2.6-meter telescope with an image-tube. The spectra of 56 galaxies show emission lines. We have found that the objects Markarian 478, 486, 506, 509, 530, 541 and 590 show properties of Seyfert galaxies. The objects Markarian 493, 516, 533, 577, 609, 610 and 612 probably possess weak characteristics of Seyfert galaxies.
