The 13-cm H142α recombination line has been observed at three positions on the Barnard Loop. The H II region parameters are derived and compared to those obtained from published optical line measurements. Optical and radio radial velocity data suggest that rotation of the Loop is occurring in the same sense as that of the associated neutral cloud, in addition to expansion.
