New photographic and spectroscopic observations of 19W32 = No. 455-139 (359 + 1.3 deg) indicate this object to be a bipolar planetary nebula of intermediate age at a distance of about 3 kpc. The diameter 0.3 pc and the forbidden S II electron density 5000/cu cm have been estimated for the slowly expanding nebular lobes. The central star consists of two components separated by only 0.97 arcsec; the fainter subluminous component is very probably a planetary nucleus having M(B) approximately not less than -0.3 mag.
