Previous results of a detailed analysis of the gravitational two-body problem with arbitrary masses, spins, and quadrupole moments are applied to determine the relativistic spin and periastron precessions of PSR 1913+16 in the gravitational field of its companion. An expression is obtained for the dominant contribution to the secular spin precession of the pulsar, and analytical solutions are obtained for the precession of the periastron as well as the values of the individual masses.
