Observations of Cygnus X-3 on 79 days during the period 1973 December to 1974 June at 10.5 or 22 GHz are presented. During this period, several large outbursts (greater than 5 Jy) were recorded, together with many smaller ones. From an analysis of a total of 253 days of observations, we find that the flux density of Cygnus X-3 at centimeter wavelengths exceeded 10 Jy on about 2 percent of the days and exceeded 1 Jy on about one-third of the days observed.
