The most important objective of the reported investigation is related to an examination of the methods for the intensity calibration of the super wide-angle photographs without any accompanying photoelectric measurements. The investigation is also to provide photographic surface photometry of the Milky Way in the region of the anticenter for the ultraviolet spectral region as a basis for a study of the structures of the local arm with an adequate angular resolution. The characteristics of the employed photographic plates, aspects of data acquisition, and reduction methods are discussed, taking into account the characteristic curve, the determination of extinction, the determination of the airglow, measurements concerning the scattered light, and averaging processes concerning the plates. Attention is given to the isophote map, an estimation of the errors regarding the photometric data; and a comparison of the obtained results with other photometries.
