A photoelectric UBVR photometry was made for 121 stars associated with the NGC 7000/IC 5070 nebulae and 22 emission stars. On the basis of an analysis of the two-colour diagram, H-R diagram and original interstellar extinction map, 31 early spectral type stars were selected. The RSF4 Cyg B molecular clouds are strongly fragmentated. The distance to the region is 675±30 pc, the extension is 40 pc, total mass is (1-2)×105M_sun;, stellar masses ΣM* ≈ (1-2)×103M_sun;. The star formation efficiency is 2%.
