The correlations between radio powers at 102.5 MHz and richness, structure and content of 140 nearby Abell clusters of galaxies are studied. It is shown that the shape of the luminosity function correlates with these properties of clusters in the range of moderate radio powers (≡1025 - 1027W×Hz-1). The significance of the correlations found for a search of possible ways of origin and of evolution of radio galaxies in clusters is briefly discussed.
