The structure of meteors and the processes behind the collision of particles formed after the interaction of meteoritic matter with the earth's atmosphere are described. An equation describing coagulation in meteor trails is obtained. It is shown that primary and secondary particles of meteoritic origin exist in the meteor zone which are sources of semidisperse aerosol.
