The power spectrum of the positions of quasars near M33 listed in the catalog of Hewett and Burbidge has been computed following the method of Hauser and Peebles. The results indicate a high power level at large angular scale, consistent with effects of galactic absorption. They also indicate that "O"-selected objects are responsible for 0.6 - 0.7 of an object in excess of random on an angular scale down to ≡1°.5 around a typical position, and that "C"-selected objects contribute a small inhomogeneity with scale size ≡8°.
