Wavelength coincidence statistics (WCS) are used in conjunction with laboratory line intensity data and IUE data to study spectra of the Hg-Mn rich star K Cnc. The IUE data included the Fe II, Fe III, Mn II and Mn III lines. Attention was focused on the relative abundances as determined by matching the WCS line intensity spectra generated from laboratory data and the IUE data. Kurucz-Peytremann transition probabilities were applied to project the intensities for a temperature of 12,600 K and thereby the ionization levels and transitions. The Fe and Mn abundances were essentially equal, and observed transitions correspond to a LTE hypothesis. Previously observed Mn(+) excesses are concluded to fall within the error bounds of the calculations, and departures from Saha equilibrium can occur within the bounds.
