Scientific paper

Theoretical works concerning the identification of sources of cosmic radiation are presented along with numerous data on the whole cosmic radiation energy spectrum up to the recently observed maximum energy of about 100 million TeV. Some of the topics covered include composition and spectra of primary cosmic-ray electrons and nuclei above 10 GeV, primary gamma-rays, the search for cosmic-ray anisotropies, long-term variations in cosmic-ray flux, contribution from pulsars, and the stellar origin of low-energy cosmic rays. Individual items are announced in this issue.
