The general-relativistic effect on the motion of the axis of a
free-falling gyroscope around the moon has been calculated. The
Lense-Thirring effect is not measurable. The main effect coming from
Einstein's theory and from other metric theories is measurable and a
zero-measurement may be performed along equatorial orbits.
