A catalog of 37 pairs of pulsars, each comprising one plerion-type pulsar and one old-type pulsar as defined by Vladimirskii (1981 and 1983), is compiled on the basis of a search (in published data) for pairs which may have constituted binaries before breaking up in SN explosions. The data are then analyzed, and the mean separation velocity of the pulsar pairs after the second SN outburst is estimated as 260 + or - 150 km/s, with a component perpendicular to the Galactic disk of 30 km/s in the case of a type I explosion. A correlation between the axes of rotation of the pulsars in a pair is established, and the possible formation of plerions and gamma sources from close binaries is considered.
