The initial anisotropic and isotropic spaces of solar cosmic ray
spreading in interplanetary space are compared with the results of
direct observations in the region adjacent to the earth's orbit and with
the results of explorations of the eleven-year and twenty-seven-day
variations of the cosmic rays in more distant regions.
