I investigated the spatial distribution of the color-selected IRAS sources with SiO masers in the central part of the Galaxy. The sources are selected by 12 μm flux densities and IRAS colors to extract late-type stars. They were searched for SiO masers, so that the detections of SiO masers can be used for excluding contamination by the other types of objects. A near-infrared JHK photometry was made for some of the IRAS sources. From IRAS 12 and 25 micron flux densities (and the near-infrared magnitudes for a part of sources), the luminosity distances of SiO sources are computed with assumed interstellar-reddening corrections. A face-on projection of the source positions on the galactic plane is shown.
