An equation of state for fully ionized matter is presented between 106 ≤ T ≤ 1010K. Degeneration and relativistic effects for electrons have been taken into account together with pairs' production and Coulomb interactions. Tables are presented for pure hydrogen, helium, carbon and oxygen mixtures which allow for the evaluation of stellar interiors before the carbon ignition. Tables for heavier elements are available upon request. The influences of this equation of state on stellar evolution are briefly discussed together with the main departures from the ideal gas approximation in astrophysical environments.
