Spectrograms of FG Sge taken with the 6-m telescope in 1980 are analyzed, and estimates are obtained for the spectral type (K0 Ib-K2 Ib) and abundances of the elements. Estimations from analyses of spectra obtained in 1980 do not differ significantly from the type in 1977, and the star has experienced no change in reddening. Estimations of abundances of elements in cases differing from the abundance in the solar atmosphere are presented, and large abundance differences are found to result in a strong line-blanketing in the yellow spectral region where the effect is usually small.
