Geomagnetic pulses of type pc3 were simultaneously recorded at a network of stations along the geomagnetic meridian. On the basis of these data the behavior of the amplitude, the polarization of the pulsations, and the arrival time of the signal at different latitudes is analyzed. Changes in the parameters of the pulsations along the meridian are compared with the position of the plasmopause at various levels of magnitude activity. Results show two regions of amplitude maxima of the horizontal vector of pulsation: one within the plasmosphere, located at middle latitudes and another at higher latitudes in the region of the outside Van Allen radiation belt. A subauroral minimum of the pulsation amplitude is located between the two maxima. The projection onto the earth's surface of the statistical location of the plasmopause falls between the subauroral minimum and the high-latitude maximum of the pulsation amplitude. The behavior of the pulsations in the boundary region of the plasmopause indicated that pulsation parameters can be used to determine the location of the plasmopause boundary.
