The quasi-absolute deformations of the coordinate systems of earth-based selenodetic catalogs are determined from a comparison of some of these catalogs with the Apollo-15 photogrammetric system. It is demonstrated that the deformations of selenodetic reference frames may be caused by the divergence of the center of the lunar figure from its center of mass.
