Photometric and spectroscopic observations extending over a period of twelve years are presented. The changes of the shape and the amplitude of the light curves have been discussed. The data have been compared with the radial-velocity variations, however, no correlation has been found. On well-exposed spectrograms the emission cores of the Ca II H and K lines are present. The emission is double-peaked, separated by an absorption feature indicating the presence of an expanding chromosphere surrounded by a circumstellar envelope.
