An analysis of TDT-UT1 annual differences was carried out. The
parameters of trends and basic harmonic components were found.
Deterministic, stochastic, and mixed models used for long-term
forecasting were constructed. The stochastic and, in particular, the
mixed models produced the best forecasts.
