Submillimeter spectrophotometry provides the unique possibility to perform quite new astronomical observations - measurements of the total dust content within galaxies of different Hubble types, of peculiar (radial) velocities of clusters of galaxies relative to the relic background radiation, etc. A possible version of constructive realization of an extraatmospheric cryogenically cooled submillimeter-wave telescope is shortly described.
