Scientific paper

A theory of the libration of Venus around the observed averaged
rotational motion is constructed. The theory is based on a new
nonresonant model of Venus rotation. The evolutionary system of
variables developed by Beletskiy and Khentov (1985) is used to describe
the planet's rotational motion.
