The equivalent widths of spectral lines in the most intense visible-NIR bands of three singlet and three triplet systems of TiO are determined experimentally and correlated with published lifetime data to establish absolute band oscillator strengths. These results complete the preliminary report of Littleton and Davis (1985) and include a rotational analysis of the lambda-doubled components of the delta (0-0) band. The applicability of the results to studies of cool stellar atmospheres and red-giant elemental abundances is indicated.
