The restricted (gravitational) planar circular 2+2 problem of the collisions between two minors has been regularized such that the terms containing singularities are eliminated or become singular. The present study is an extension of the work of Whipple and Szebehely (1984). The problem is shown to be reduced to the study of the equilibria of a new system of differential equations (in complex form) by appropriate simultaneous space and time transformations.
