A sample of 107 galaxies in the Virgo area has been used to investigate the orbits of H I-deficient spiral galaxies and the velocity-distance relation in Virgo. The analysis of the orbits of H I-deficient spirals indicates that they are very likely to be on radial orbits. It is suggested that the process of H I-removal occurs in the Virgo core. A new version of the Tully-Fisher relation in the B-band with probable accuracy of 0.35 mag is used to resolve the cluster in depth. Mass-age infall models with Λ = 0 have been compared with the data. With a short distance scale, consistent results are obtained for the Virgo cluster with a velocity >V0< = 967 km s-1, a distance of 14 ≡ 15 Mpc, a point-mass of Mv = 5×1014M_sun; and a time T = 12 Gy.
