Numerical simulation is used to study the formation of large disturbances of electron temperature and density in the F-layer caused by anomalous absorption of a high-power radio wave. It is shown that deformation of the density profile is accompanied by ascent and broadening of the electron resonant heating source associated with the radio-wave absorption.
