The nonlinear interaction of a large amplitude electromagnetic wave with new collective modes of dusty plasmas is studied. Utilizing the fluid model and the Poisson-Maxwell equations, the equations that describe the nonlinear coupling between the HF EM waves and the dusty plasma slow motions are derived. The nonlinear mode-coupling equations are then employed to examine the stimulated scattering instabilities of EM waves in dusty plasmas. For this purpose nonlinear dispersion relations are derived, following the standard procedures for parametric instabilities.
