The Two Micron All-Sky Survey (2MASS) has proven to be a powerful tool for not only discovering isolated field brown dwarfs, but also widely separated brown dwarf secondaries. A half-dozen 2MASS brown dwarf secondaries to main sequence stars have been confirmed. I discuss current constraints on the frequency of wide star-brown dwarf systems and brown dwarf-brown dwarf systems. The substellar secondary mass distribution is a strong function of primary mass and orbital separation. This publication makes use of data products from 2MASS, which is a joint project of the University of Massachusetts and IPAC/Caltech, funded by NASA and NSF.
