The letter reports the detection of periodic gamma-ray fluxes with energies exceeding 40 MeV from Cyg X-3 by a spark-chamber telescope during two high-altitude balloon flights. It is shown that the gamma emission has the same period as the X-ray emission from the source but a substantially different pulse shape. Flux densities of the pulsed gamma emission are estimated for the two observations.
