The influence of the omission of relativistic effects on the results of a practical solution of problems in satellite geodynamics, geodesy, and navigation is examined. The analysis is performed by modeling the motion of a satellite, a station, and the propagation of light according to the relativistic theory. The computer programs developed to carry out the study are described.
