Measurements are presented of the redshifts, energy distributions, and some spectral parameters of 35 quasi-stellar objects (QSOs), 34 of which belong to the Medium Bright QSO Sample in the South Galactic Pole (Campusano, 1991). Thirty one of these QSOs come from the Cerro El Roble UVX search (Campusano and Torres, 1983) and three come from the Clowes and Savage (1983) search. The equivalent widths and the FWHM distributions for the strong emission lines of the 35 QSOs are examined and compared with previously published data.
