The importance of eclipsing binaries study for determination of orbital parameters and internal stellar structure due to observed times of minima is presented. The summary of apsidal motion theory is introduced. It is also presented the method for determination of apsidal motion parameters developed by Lacy in 1992. Iterative numerical methods are used to solve the transcendental equations to arbitrarily high precision. We use a Levenberg-Marquardt method to obtain simultaneously the optimum values of fitted parameters and their mean errors. As an example, this method is used to analyze the apsidal motion of CO Lac. The orbital parameters, as well as the internal structure constant, are determined and improved from the recent photoelectric observed times of minima. It is also presented the time evolution of k2 to obtain the age of CO Lac system and it's illustrated by means of position both of the components in H-R diagram.
