In this paper, we study the effect of particle number in N body simulation for the aggregation formation of giant molecular cloud. The result shows that the averaged rate of the disrupted masses in GMCs where star birth occurs will keep the same in the models with different particle number if the mean density in the individual clouds with different masses is same, i.e., the ratio of the effective radii of collision for different model is proportional to the third root of corresponding masses in the individual clouds.
