Total and effective radiative recombination coefficients for all H, He, C, N, O, Ne ions are computed and presented for important optical and UV transitions of these ions. The coefficients are shown in the form of simple fits, accurate in the full range of temperatures applicable to cold plasmas which are believed to develop in low-density gases enriched in heavy elements.
