The numerical calculation of linearized equations describing the perturbations of a gaseous galactic disk with a velocity kink in its rotation show that, at the linear stage of perturbation growth, anticyclonic vortices and spiral surface-density waves arise simultaneously. The dependence of the vortex locations on the magnitude of the instability increment is established. With its growth, anticyclonic centers staying in the vicinity of the corotation periphery move (in angle) to the region between the spiral arms.
