We are proposing to complete a study begun last year to extend our
knowledge of stellar winds to the hot stars in M31, M33, and IC1613. We
now know that this data can be successfully obtained for about a dozen
stars with IUE. These observations will also allow us to derive UV
extinction laws for these galaxies.
