A unified X-ray spectral model which can be fitted to any of the spectra observed with Ginga is presented. The model consists of three components: an absorbed power-law component modified with an exponential cutoff at high energy, an absorbed blackbody component, and an iron emission line. The best-fitting values of parameters obtained using the model are given, and the interpretation of the physical meaning of these parameters is described.
