The results of spectral observations of 53 galaxies in the third list of the Second Biurakan Sky Survey are reported. The observations were carried out using the 6-m telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory centered on the region with the coordinates alpha = 03 hours, 00 minutes, delta = 59 degrees, 00 arcmin. Emission lines were observed in spectra from all the galaxies. Some emission in the green part of the spectrum was also observed. The complete data set is given in a table.
